Processing Times

The standard service includes administrative processing with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.

Processing times refer to internal administrative handling and may vary depending on the availability of documents from the official registry authority.

5.3 Payment Methods

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the secure payment gateway available on the Website.

To verify the validity of the card and generate a secure payment token, a £0.00 pre-authorisation may be performed, followed by the actual charge corresponding to the service requested.

This operation does not represent any cost to the customer and is a common procedure used in electronic payment systems.

Once the pre-authorisation has been completed, a secure payment token is generated and may be used only to process authorised charges related to the requested services.

CHECK-PROPERTY.CO.UK never stores full credit card details. Only the encrypted token provided by the payment processor is stored.

6. Delivery Times

Standard processing: 5–7 business days

Priority processing: within 24 business hours

Express processing: within 4 business hours

Delivery times refer to internal administrative processing during business hours.

The final issuance of documents depends on the official registry authority.

7. Customer Responsibility and Data Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting a request.

If required information is missing the customer may be asked to provide additional details, the request may be delayed, or a new request may be required if incorrect information was provided.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Once a request has entered the processing stage, cancellation or refunds are not possible.

If an urgency processing time is not met, only the urgency surcharge may be refunded.

The administrative service fee applies regardless of the final outcome of the request.

8.1 Refunds for expired or cancelled cards

Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method through the payment gateway (Stripe).

If a card has expired or been cancelled, the issuing bank is responsible for crediting the associated account.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the processing of the requested service has begun.
